§ 150.006 PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   Pursuant to the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, Chapter 1, Section R108, and the International Building Code, Chapter 1, Section 109, a fee based on the total valuation for each building permit shall be paid to the City Financial Office. The fees shall be set by resolution of the Common Council.
   (B) The following fees are established based on the valuation of the project proposed, and other inspections and fees described herein.

   (C)   The Building Official is authorized to require proof of final project valuation whenever there is a question of the declared project value.
   (D)   Other inspections and fees include:
      (1)   Short-notice inspections per hour: $50, minimum of one hour;
      (2)   Re-inspection fees per hour: $25 for the third or more reinspection;
      (3)   One-time inspection fee for change of occupancy in commercial buildings: $30;
      (4)   Additional plan review required by changes, additions, or revisions to approved plans (minimum charge: one-half hour) an hour, per hour: $25; and
      (5)   Renewal of building permit (project dormant for 180 days or more): $50.
