For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FIREWORKS. As referred to in this subchapter, shall include firecrackers, torpedoes, Roman candles, cap pistols, toy cap cannons, detonating canes, blank cartridges, sky rockets, or other pyrotechnic displays, but shall not include or apply to ammunition for firearms, nor to dynamite and devices for exploding the same used in any industry or for the same, and not used or kept for public display.
