§ 31.15 SALARIES AND WAGES.
   (A)   The salaries of employees and officers of the city shall be established by the Common Council from time to time.
   (B)   The City Attorney’s salary shall compensate the City Attorney for attending the Common Council meetings. All other services in representing the city shall be performed upon the basis provided in the contract with the city.
