§ 112.07 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   A permit issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked for the violation by the owner of the permit of any provision of this code, state law, or city ordinance. Upon such revocation, such permit shall immediately be surrendered to the Chief of Police, and failure to do so shall be a violation of this chapter.
