§ 91.071 INVESTIGATION.
   The Chief of Police, any police officer, or any animal control officer is hereby authorized and empowered to follow, and enter upon, any enclosure or lot within the limits of the city in quest of any
animals suspected of being affected by rabies, or to apprehend any animal which he or she has observed to be running at large.
