§ 91.003 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
   No person shall, within the limits of the city, cruelly or immoderately beat any animal, or wantonly or maliciously torture or injure any animal in any way. No animal owner shall neglect to properly take care of or feed his or her animal(s).
