§ 30.21 ELECTION.
   The elective officers of the city shall consist of the Mayor, who is elected at large, for a term of four years and two Council members elected from each ward for a term of three years. They shall be elected, qualify, and their duties shall be defined and provided by state law and ordinances of the city.
