§ 90.066 VEHICLES BLOCKING TRAFFIC; WRECKED VEHICLES.
   A vehicle found unattended upon a bridge or causeway, or where a vehicle constitutes an obstruction and hazard to traffic, or a wrecked vehicle may be removed at any time without regard to the 24-hour period provided for in this subchapter.
