§ 90.003 NOTICE TO ABATE.
   Whenever the Chief of Police, or other city official, shall find that a nuisance exists within the city, he or she shall give written notice to the person creating, permitting, or maintaining such nuisance to abate the same within a reasonable time as provided in such notice.
