All VEHICLES, as defined by § 70.001, traveling on Pine Street between the intersections of Fillmore Street and Sherman Street shall travel one way, from south to north and on Elm Street, from the south end of the gas station to the intersection of Sherman Street, shall travel one way from north to south, and said streets are hereby designated as one-way streets. Vehicles on the west side of the designated portion of Pine Street shall park parallel to the street. Vehicles on the east side of the street shall park at an angle to the street as shown by the yellow lines established by the city.
