§ 74.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate one or more of §§ 74.20 through 74.27 hereof shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500.
