§ 52.41 UNLAWFUL TO ALLOW GARBAGE TO ACCUMULATE FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow garbage and rubbish to accumulate and collect in the city beyond a period of one week.
