This chapter shall not apply to those land use activities identified in the specific sections of this chapter or as identified below:
(A) Existing development may be continued and maintained. Expansion to existing structures classified, as existing development must meet the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Activities on a bona fide farm unless the activity is for non-farm purpose.
