This chapter shall be known as the "Stormwater Quality Management and Discharge Control Ordinance" of the City of Whiteville and may be so cited. The Stormwater Management Manual, the technical manual for complying with the stormwater management and discharge control requirements, is attached as Appendix I to Ordinance 2019-O-72 and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. This chapter supersedes any requirements related to drainage that the City Council has adopted previously.
