§ 156.24 RESERVATION OF AUTHORITY TO INSPECT WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES.
   (A)   In order to verify that the holder of a conditional use permit for a facility or complex and any and all lessees, renters and/or licensees of wireless telecommunications facilities, places, constructs and maintains such facility in accordance with all applicable technical, safety, fire, building codes, zoning codes, laws, ordinances and regulations and conditions of any permit granted under this chapter, the city or its designee shall have the right to inspect all facets of said permit holder’s, renter’s, lessee’s or licensee’s placement, construction, modification and maintenance of such facilities, including, but not limited to, towers, antennas, buildings and equipment and connections contained therein, or other structures constructed or located on the permitted site.
   (B)   Refusal to allow or grant access to the city’s representative upon reasonable notice shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
