The extent and parameters of a conditional use permit or administrative authorization for a facility or complex shall be as follows.
(A) Such conditional use permit or administrative authorization shall not be assigned, transferred or conveyed without the express prior written notification to the city, such notice to be not fewer than 30 business days prior to the intended assignment, transfer or conveyance.
(B) A transfer, assignment or other conveyance of the conditional use permit or administrative authorization shall require the written commitment of the proposed new holder of the conditional use permit or administrative authorization to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, this chapter.
