§ 155.244 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OFFICERS.

(A) The Planning Board Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson shall serve in the same capacity for the Board of Adjustment. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired terms only.

(B) The Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson may take part in all deliberations and vote on all issues.
