§ 155.242 QUORUM.
   (A)   A quorum for the Board of Adjustment shall consist of four members. A quorum is necessary for the Board to take official action.
   (B)   A member who has withdrawn from the meeting without being excused as provided in § 155.243(C) shall be counted as present for purposes of determining whether a quorum is present.
