§ 155.111 PARKING REQUIREMENTS PER LAND USE.
   The following off-street parking spaces shall be required and shall conform to the standards contained in § 155.110.

1 space for each employee plus 1 space for each 300 square feet of gross floor area, plus 1 handicapped parking space
Business uses not other otherwise specified
1 space for each 300 square feet of gross floor area
Child day care centers and other supervised home care facilities
1 space for each employee plus 4 spaces for drop/pick-up and visitation
Churches
1 parking space for each 4 seats in the congregation meeting area
Clinics, medical (2 or more doctors)
4 spaces for each doctor plus 1 space for each employee
Duplex, residential
2 spaces for each unit
Elementary and junior high schools
1 space for each classroom and administrative office plus 10 additional spaces
Fraternity or sorority
1 space for each resident occupant plus 1 space for each 3 members
Funeral homes
1 space for each five seats in the chapel or parlor, plus 1 for each funeral vehicle plus 1 for each employee on the largest shift
General and professional offices
1 space for each employee plus 1 space for each 300 gross feet of floor area
Golf course, par 3 or miniature golf course
3 spaces for each hole plus requirements for any associated use
Home occupations (except medical doctor, dentist or beauty salon)
2 spaces in addition to the residential parking requirements
Hospitals
1 space for each 2 beds intended for patient use, exclusive of bassinets
Library
1 space for each employee plus 1 space for each 4 patron seats
Motel, hotel
1 space for each room to be rented, plus 2 for each suite to be rented plus 1 space for each employee on the largest shift
Multi-family residential structure (3 or more units)
2 spaces for each residential unit plus 1 additional space for each 3 residential units plus 1 space for each employee in the largest shift
Nursing homes
1 space for each 4 beds intended for patient use plus 1 space for each employee on the largest shift
Public utility or municipal building
1 space for each employee
Public or private club
1 space for each employee plus 1 space for each 100 feet of gross floor area
Restaurant (or place dispensing food, drink or refreshments)
1 space for each 3 seats, plus 1 space for each 2 employees
Restaurant, drive-in
1 space for each 3 seats, plus a minimum of 8 spaces for drive-in service plus 1 space for each 2 employees

1 space for each 300 feet of gross floor area plus 1 space for each employee on the largest shift
Senior high school
1 parking space for each ten students for which the school was designed plus 1 space for each classroom and administrative office
