§ 155.046 BONA FIDE FARM EXEMPTION.
   This chapter shall in no way regulate, restrict, prohibit or otherwise deter any bona fide farm and its related uses within the extraterritorial jurisdiction; except that in case of conversion of the uses to nonagricultural or non-farm purposes, a zoning certificate shall be procured, and the new use must comply with all regulations for the district in which it is situated. Within the corporate limits, vegetative crop production shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
