§ 155.001 AUTHORITY; TITLE; PURPOSE.
   (A)   This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by G.S. Ch. 160D, Article 2 and amendments thereto.
   (B)   This chapter shall be known as, referred to and cited as the “Zoning Code” and hereinafter referred to as the “chapter”.
   (C)   The purpose of this chapter is to promote the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the city.
