§ 154.040 FINAL PLAT APPROVAL PROCEDURES.
   (A)   Final plat related to improvements. The final plat shall constitute only that portion of the preliminary plat which the subdivider proposes to record and develop at the time. The portion shall conform to all requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   Installation of improvements. No final plat shall be approved unless and until the subdivider shall have installed all improvements required by this chapter or shall have guaranteed their installation in a manner satisfactory to the city, as provided in § 154.069.
   (C)   Copies of final plat. The subdivider shall submit four copies of the final plat, so marked, to the Planning Director, or his or her designee. The plat shall be submitted not more than 12 months after the date on which the preliminary plat was approved; otherwise, the approval shall be null and void unless an extension of this time limit is granted by the Planning Board on or before the required date.
