The subdivider shall submit seven copies of the preliminary plat, so marked, to the Planning Director, or his or her designee, not less than 14 days prior to the Planning Board meeting at which it is to be considered initially. Incomplete plans shall be returned to the subdivider without further review until revised and resubmitted.
