Where, because of topographical or other conditions peculiar to the site, strict adherence to the provisions of this chapter would cause practical difficulties or an unnecessary hardship, the applicant may apply for a variance as outlined in § 155.263, Variances (Zoning), and appear before the Board of Adjustment. The Board, after a quasi-judicial hearing, shall determine to approve the variance, approve with conditions, or deny the subject variance.
