§ 152.65 VIOLATIONS OF REGULATIONS NOT LEGALIZED BY OVERSIGHT OF INSPECTOR.
   No oversight or dereliction of duty on the part of any Inspector, other official or employee of the Inspection Department shall be deemed to legalize the violation of any provision of this chapter or any provision of any regulatory code herein adopted.
