§ 152.31 REVOCATION.
   The appropriate inspector may revoke any permit for any reason which violates any of the North Carolina laws and Administrative Code. Permits shall be revoked for any substantial departure from the approved application, plans or specifications, for refusal or failure to comply with requirements of appropriate regulatory codes and false statements or misrepresentations made in securing the permits.
