§ 92.04 AGGRESSIVE PANHANDLING, BEGGING, CHARITABLE AND POLITICAL SOLICITATION PROHIBITED.

Aggressive panhandling, begging, charitable and political solicitation prohibited. No person shall engage in aggressive panhandling, begging, charitable political solicitation as defined in § 92.02 (a) at any time, anywhere in this jurisdiction.
