§ 91.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FILMING ACTIVITY. The filming of activities to be used as feature films (movies), television movies, television series and/or commercials or any similar type media which involves the use of audio and video productions and will impact any public property or right-of-way. This shall not include private or commercial video recordings of special events.
