(A) Adoption of state law. All the provisions of G.S. Ch. 18B, relating to the sale of beer and wine and other beverages as defined therein which may be enforced by and on behalf of the city, are hereby adopted and made applicable to the city.
(B) Sunday sales. The sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine and mixed beverages shall be allowed within the city’s corporate limits at any premises licensed pursuant to G.S. § 18B-1001 on Sundays beginning at 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. on the following Monday. This section shall not apply to those establishments having brown-bagging permits.
