§ 85.19 LIABILITY OF CITY.
   Neither the granting of a permit nor the acceptance of a bond or cash deposit under this subchapter shall be construed to impose any liability upon the city by reason of any bodily injury or property damage which may result from any work done pursuant to the permit.
