(A) After the city has made a determination that a nuisance does exist, the city shall notify the owner or occupant of the property that a public nuisance does exist on the property. This notification shall be done in writing and mailed first-class mail.
(B) The notification shall list the public nuisance that they are in violation of and will also include an abatement time of ten days after they receive the notification.
