No person shall possess or harbor any non-domestic animal(s) which are dangerous to persons or property or which have the potential of being dangerous to persons or property. This section shall not apply bona fide circuses, petting zoos, museums, or other traveling commercial exhibitions or limited duration. Ownership must register with North Carolina Wildlife Department or proper agent.
