§ 80.12 ANIMALS RIDDEN OR DRIVEN ON SIDEWALKS.

No person shall ride, drive or lead any animal upon any sidewalk within the city except at regular crossings for vehicles; provided that this section shall not apply to dogs and cats on leashes.
