§ 80.04 ANIMALS SHELTERED.

Any animal, not sick or injured, in violation of this chapter and picked up by the Animal Control Officer will be taken to and housed at the Columbus County Animal Shelter and will be under the Columbus County Animal Shelter’s full authority and responsibility. The custodian of said animal will have to meet the requirements of the Columbus County Animal Shelter before receiving the animal back into their custody.
