§ 73.10 AUTHORIZATION AND EMPOWERMENT.
   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and empowered to specifically designate from time to time certain public streets or portions thereof upon which persons may be permitted to operate, ride or use any non-vehicular mode of transportation under such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Chief of Police to ensure the safety of the public.
