(A) No person shall operate, ride or use a non-vehicular mode of transportation as defined in § 70.01 upon public sidewalks within the city.
(B) Non-vehicular modes of transportation may not be operated on any of the following streets or sections of any street except for the sole purpose of crossing such street either at a signalized intersection or at a perpendicular crossing at a through intersection:
(1) J.K. Powell Boulevard;
(2) Jefferson Street;
(3) Madison Street;
(4) Washington Street; and
(5) Pinckney Street.
