§ 72.01 ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS; FINE SCHEDULE.
   (A)   A penalty shall be imposed in the following cases:
      (1)   Parking too far from curb;
      (2)   Blocking traffic;
      (3)   Restricted side of street;
      (4)   Parking on wrong side of street; and
      (5)   Overtime parking.
   (B)   A penalty shall be imposed in the following cases:
      (1)   Parking in no parking zone;
      (2)   Parking in loading zone and parking within 15 feet in either direction of a fire hydrant or the entrance to a fire station;
      (3)   Double parking; and
      (4)   Parking in a fire lane, to include the permitting to stand, whether attended or unattended, upon any public vehicular area, street, highway or roadway in any area designated as a fire lane.
   (C)   It shall be permissible for the violator of any of the provisions of divisions (A) and (B) above to make payment of the specified penalty within five days from date of citation.
   (D)   Unlawful parking in a space designated for handicapped parking, in front of a private driveway, at a fire hydrant in or at a fire station driveway, or in a fire lane shall be punishable pursuant to state law or city ordinance. A penalty shall be imposed.
   (E)   In the event a payment of the penalty is not made as provided in division (C) above, within a period of five days from the date of the citation, the violator will be subject to an additional penalty. If the violator thereafter fails to pay the penalty as provided within 15 days from date of the second citation, the Police Department shall cause to be issued criminal process as provided by § 70.99.
