§ 60.05 AUTHORITY OF LAW.

Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the Police Department or other law enforcement agency duly authorized by law from dispersing, for the purpose of preserving the public peace or safety, any parade, demonstration, picketing group or any other assembly of people, either as participants or as spectators.
