§ 60.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEMONSTRATION. Any public assembly, demonstration or exhibition of or by three or more persons gathered together for the purpose of supporting or opposing any political, social or economic issue or cause.
   PARADE. Any ostentatious parade, march or procession of three or more persons, with or without vehicles.
   PICKETING. Two or more persons acting in concert by moving along a line established by them or by occupying positions along the line, for the purpose of supporting or opposing any political, social or economic issue or cause, for the purpose of giving notice of or expressing their position concerning any labor-management dispute and for the purpose of influencing any person to refrain from entering or leaving any premises or for the purpose of influencing any person from crossing any picket line.
