§ 51.014 WATER SHORTAGE RESPONSE PLAN.
   (A)   The Water Shortage Response Plan is hereby approved and shall be submitted to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Division of Water Resources.
   (B)   The City Council will review and make appropriate revisions to reflect changes in relevant data and projections at least once every five years or as otherwise requested by the Department, in accordance with the statute and sound planning practice.
