(A) A schedule of current charges for making connections to the city water and sewer systems within the city shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk where it shall be available for public inspection.
(B) Charges for making connections to the city water and sewer systems shall be payable in advance, and shall be published in the Schedule of Fees in § 21.06.
(C) The foregoing charges shall include all expenses such as pipe, meter and the like, up to the property line of the person for whom the connection is being made.
