§ 51.002 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR SEWER CONNECTIONS TO CERTAIN DRAINS.
   No person shall directly or indirectly connect any open gutter, rainwater conductor, automobile washroom, refrigerator drain, cellar drain or septic tank with any public sewer.
