(A) All persons, firms or corporations that generate medical waste shall contract with a private hauler for pick-up, transportation and disposal of the waste as required by state and federal law.
(B) All persons, firms or corporations that generate used sharps shall dispose of them in a sharps container.
(C) Pharmacists who provide or sell sharps must also provide or sell sharps containers as well as provide for the disposal of the containers.
