(A) Schedule of charges. The schedule of charges for all residential and commercial establishments shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk, customers are obligated to remit payment, regardless.
(B) Special waste pick-up (white goods, building rubbish and excessive yard waste). Special waste pick-up (white goods, building rubbish and excessive yard waste), shall be by request only and shall be charged per pickup in accordance with the Schedule of Fees in § 21.06, and include any additional tipping fee charges.
