(A) Roll-out containers, recyclable material containers and yard waste for residential customers shall be serviced once per week on the days designated by the City Manager and Public Works Director, or his or her designee. Back door service is available on a once per week basis, subject to the approval of the City Manager or his or her designee for those persons who are unable to roll their roll-out containers to the curb. No residence shall be entitled service on more than two roll-out containers per pick-up.
(B) From commercial establishments, solid waste collections shall be made at a frequency required by the business but no less than once per week and yard waste shall be serviced once per week, each on the days designated by the City Manager or his or her designee; bills for these services will be in accordance with the Schedule of Charges and Fees. An exception for yard waste on a case by case basis may be provided by the City Manager or designee for those commercial or institutional uses that substantially lack grass, shrubbery and/or vegetation on their premises.
