§ 50.04 CONTAINERS REQUIRED FOR SOLID WASTE REMOVAL.
   (A)   (1)   Residential households, except multi-family residences, such as, for illustrative purposes, mobile home parks, apartment buildings and condominiums, shall be provided one roll-out container per household, unless additional service levels are agreed upon and fees charged. Roll-out containers, poly-cart containers and bulk containers shall be provided in a capacity size acceptable to the City Manager, or his or her designee, and shall remain the property of the contractor unless otherwise set forth by contract or agreement.
      (2)   Recycling containers shall be provided in a capacity size acceptable to the City Manager or his or her designee and shall remain the property of the contractor unless otherwise set forth by contract or agreement.
   (B)   Multi-family residences, such as, for illustrative purposes, mobile home parks, apartment buildings and condominiums shall be provided bulk container(s) for use by the residents of the complex, unless other services are agreed upon and accepted by the City Manager and/or his or her designee.
