While undergoing official training and while performing duties on behalf of the city pursuant to orders or instruction of the Chief of Police, members of the Auxiliary Police Division:
(A) Shall receive monetary payment for services rendered;
(B) Shall not be entitled for any full-time position benefits; and
(C) Shall be entitled to benefits under the State Worker’s Compensation Act, being G.S. Ch. 97.
