§ 42.20 LAW ENFORCEMENT POWERS OF AUXILIARY OFFICERS.
   No member of the Auxiliary Police Division shall enforce, nor attempt to enforce, any law except when called to active duty. One or more regular police officers must be on duty whenever an Auxiliary Police Division member is on active duty.
