The Fire District in the city is hereby established as follows: all that portion of the city which is within 250 feet of the Courthouse Square and that portion of the city within 600 feet of either side of Madison Street, between Webster Street and Walter Street and that portion of the city south of Walter Street between Franklin Street and Lee Street and south to the Junction of Franklin Street, Madison Street and Lee Street.
