§ 41.019 DISPATCH OF PERSONNEL IN RESPONSE TO CALLS.
   The Chief of the Fire Department is hereby designated as the person who shall have authority to aid other fire departments and agencies as requested under appropriate mutual aid agreements. The Fire Chief will ensure appropriate response and equipment is received in its response for aid.
